About the Property

Sip your Fredericksburg wine on manicured patio areas in the shade of our 100 year old Pecans. Our recently renovated grand home has been redone to include all the modern things you enjoy, while honoring original features of the home. Take a soak in one of our two restored original claw foot tubs and afterwards relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine in our Carriage House Spa robes.  Each of our rooms are appointed with a woozoo fan, for those of you who enjoy the breeze and sound of a fan while sleeping.  We triple sheet our comfy beds and have added 3” gel memory foam toppers to 4 of the 5 beds (one was so comfy we didn’t think it needed one).  Enjoy an easy two block walk to the Nimitz museum, Visitor Center, shopping and great restaurants. We are happy to help you plan your stay and guide you to our favorite restaurants, wineries and shops.  If you’d rather stay in, our recently renovated kitchen is stocked with everything you should need to cook at home or use our new grill and dine outside and enjoy the peaceful backyard and residential neighborhood.  Our family was one of the original founding families of Fredericksburg and we take pride in doing our part to preserve Fredericksburg history by caring for this home. If you have questions, just ask or we will leave you to enjoy the grounds!
